Maer is a world leading manufacturer of spin trim machinery for cutting the lost head of plastic blow moulded bottles.

For more than 30 years, we have focused our activity on bringing technological solutions to the packaging industry designing and manufacturing spin trim and finishing machinery for plastic blow moulded bottles in  PE, HDPE, PP, PET.

Our wide experience in automated processes and its on-going dedication to R&D, allowed the development of this container  trimming technology capable of processing up to 60,000 bottles per hour with total operating reliability and perfect cut.

The launching of this technology in the 1990s solved  one of the most critical issues in blow moulding and bottling lines, the neck cutting stage, a process that has traditionally created irregularities in the rhythm of production, limitating the efficiency standards of the rest of machines in the  line.

The most prestigious companies of the dairy and blow moulding industries around the globe are satisfactorily using MAER bottle trimmers in their production lines, while our machinery keeps on being exported to over 30 countries through different Partners and Distributors.
